• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do worldwide shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  For people who order in Asia region, it will take 2-4 weeks or more to arrive depend on local customs or international transit. I am using Registered Airmail that I will put the tracking number after I sent the package, give me 1x24 to input the tracking number. Unless you’re willing to use EMS, you can expect the package to arrive in 2 weeks at latest. PLEASE always check your packages status in here: https://www.17track.net/en .

  For people outside Asia region (mostly USA, Can, or AUS), it will take more than 4 weeks to arrive and please do understand before you purchase my stuff. I don’t want any complain about how long it take to arrive because I already stated in here and Paypal Invoice (*will update it) and I recommend to use EMS instead for secure and faster option of shipping. You can check your packages status in USPS website.

  *NOTE:
  Kindly check your e-mails and keep track of your orders to prevent lost or returned orders and please do aware of this shipping detail before you order the omanjuu, I will not take any complaint of lost packages or returned packages.

  Q: What is “Omanjuu” means?
  A: Omanjuu is plushie with round shape that been happening since ages in Japan with (mostly) Anime Characters on it.
  Q: What is the different between Official Omanjuu with Our omanjuu?
  A: The fabric and filling is different and we making it by hand that’s why we limit per person with 10 pcs max*(Terms and condition applied)
  Q: Can you do custom design?
  A: Of course, I actually offer the service to make the plushie.
  Q: What’s the material used in our omanjuu?
  A: We are using scuba fabric with beads filling and dacron.
  Q: Can I do commission in Handomeido?

  Q: Can I re-print/re-design official omanjuu from fandom xxxx?
  A: Definitely no, I don’t support plagiarism so if you really want to do characters that already have official omanjuu version, please do it with your own style. Don’t copy or re-design it. Thank you.
  Q: How long it takes to finish the producing?
  A: 4 weeks (exclude shipping time from my country to your country) and it take 1 to 2 days to packing and send them to post office, please do remind that we do this handmade and it’s pre-order, that’s why we need time to maintain the quality each order you’ve placed. And please do read this before you order, because we don’t want you to come to us complaining about this.
  Q: Can I have the pricelist?
  A: Small Size: USD 8 | Medium Size: USD 15 | Large Size: USD 28 (*For price there will be change if the fabric vendor have increase the fabric’s price)(**updated per May 2018) For group order or reseller order, you can PM me for different price
  Q: How much for shipping from your country to my country?
  A: You can direcly message this page for shipping fee and we only send package using Registered Airmail and EMS. We suggest you take Group Order for your country to cut the shipping fee a little bit cheaper. (*For medium and big size international order will be hold until further notice because of the size it make shipping fee so expensive, unless you want to pay the expense you can PM us for detail in person)
  Q: Can I have the template?
  A: Of course, if you seriously want to order just PM this page asking the template and we will give you one according what size you want to order.
  Q: How about the payment?
  A: For payment, you need to pay for full price before the pre-order close and I only take payment via Paypal. I will send you an invoice to your Paypal account and you can pay through there.
